February has already started, and Riot Games is fully immersed in Season 11, seeking to make its games as balanced as possible, so the new year can keep running and the new-planned stuff can be launched as soon as possible.
As usual, the biggest changes are focused on Riot’s most successful game: League of Legends, which has received a new update with Patch 11.3 that follows this balance purpose.
Patch 11.3 is huge, including changes to 20 items and 20 champions!

Appart from these in-game changes, Patch 11.3 comes alongside two sets of new skins: Lunar Beasts to celebrate the Lunar New Year, and Crystal Rose and Withered Rose to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
